How to open a bank account in France ?

You are abroad and want to open an account in France: contact your local IBC (International Banking Centre).

Opening a new account depends on the local constraints of a regulatory nature.
If you become a tax resident in France, you will be required to declare any accounts opened, used or closed abroad in your tax return.
