With your Carte Bleue Visa card you can access over a million sales outlets and 46,000 ATMs in France. When overseas, you can benefit from the extensive Visa network, consisting of 24 million sales outlets and a million ATMs in over 200 countries.
Payments and withdrawals
With the Carte Bleue Visa card, you enjoy the following upper limits:
• Withdrawal: € 500 / 7 days.
• Spending: € 3,000 over 30 days, € 2,500 (or the equivalent in local currency outside the euro zone) of which may be spent overseas.
These standard upper limits can be adjusted according to your needs(1).

Your Carte Bleue Visa card is sent directly to your home! As a security precaution, your card will be sent unactivated. To activate your card you need to make a withdrawal from an ATM at HSBC or another bank.

Cash withdrawals from Automated Teller Machines (ATMs)
With the Carte Bleue Visa card withdrawals from ATMs outside the HSBC network cost € 1 per withdrawal, if you exceed the monthly threshold of 4 withdrawals. You are exempt from this charge if you have a Convention HSBC .
Overseas cash withdrawals are free from HSBC ATMs worldwide!

The annual fees for a Carte Bleue Visa card are € 36 for an immediate debit card and € 46 for a deferred debit card. It is also available as part of the Convention HSBC Hexagone (from € 7.95 per month)(2) package.
