HSBC Alertes sends you the account and stock market news you need when you need it.
Choose your alert type
Choose the alerts that you want to receive: banking alerts, stock market alerts(1) or both.
• Banking alerts keep you up-to-date on your account balances. For example, you can choose to receive your account balances with your most recent transactions(2) or an alert each time that your account is debited for an amount greater than the threshold that you have set.
• Stock market alerts help you to manage your portfolio, for example, by updating you on the prices of shares that you are interested in.
You can adjust all these parameters to your actual needs by logging into your accounts on hsbc.fr ("My HSBC" tab, then “My alerts"), contacting your HSBC branch or by phoning up your HSBC Relations Clients advisor.
E-mail or text message?
• Decide how you want to receive your alerts: by mobile text message or e-mail.
• Decide how often and when to receive your alerts: you can receive either regular information on the days of your choice or when called for based on the criteria that you have set.
Choose your alert plan(3)
• 6 alerts per month for €2 (tax included) per month (ie €0.34 per message).
• 25 alerts per month for €5 (tax included) per month (ie €0.20 per message).
HSBC Alertes is also included in the HSBC banking package:
• 25 alerts included in Convention HSBC Patrimoine and Convention HSBC Dynamique.
• 6 alerts included in Convention HSBC Avenir
HSBC Alertes is free for the first three months(4) with up to 50 alerts per month. This will be enough to convince you how handy HSBC Alertes is!
Apply online in three easy steps
• Have your Internet banking user ID and password ready.
• Click on "Apply now" in the upper right-hand corner of this page and then log-on.
• Choose what type of alerts you wish to receive, how you wish to receive them (e-mail or text message) and how often you wish to receive them.
You may also sign up for HSBC Alertes at your branch or by phoning your advisor.
