A direct banking service available 24-hours a day, wherever you are.
Access our telephone banking services: view and manage your accounts, stop payment on your bankcard, make an appointment at a branch, etc.

Online banking services so you can view and manage your accounts at any time:

  • Subscription-free access(3) to HSBC's online banking website from your computer or mobile phone via www.hsbcfrance.mobi
  • You will receive your security number and password by post within days of opening your account.
  • Most transactions on your accounts, securities portfolios and life insurance contracts are free or available at preferential rates(3).
  • You can reserve and subscribe to certain products online.
  • Benefit from the e-statements service free of charge, providing access to your account statements through your personal banking page.
