Why choose a flexible rate property loan?

Fleximmo flexible rate loan
Fleximmo is indexed to the monthly average of the Euribor 12 months(1).

If the index drops, your monthly payments drop and so does the cost of your loan(2)
If the index rises, you can switch to a fixed rate loan, without having to wait for the end of the standard first-year period.

Fleximmo 'capé + 2', a flexible rate loan capped at 2 per cent
With Fleximmo 'capé + 2', not only do you benefit in full from a drop in interest rates, but you can also limit the impact should they go the other way(1). Any rises in interest rates are capped at +2 per cent of your initial rate.

RememberWith Fleximmo or Fleximmo "capé + 2", there are also no penalties on early repayments, both in part or in full(3).

A property loan with flexible monthly payments

Your flexible rate loan means that, once a year, you can change your monthly payments whenever you like to suit any changes in your finances(4).

Lower monthly repayments: dans la limite d'un allongement de 2 ans de la durée initiale du prêt.

Higher monthly repayments: limited to double the amount of monthly repayments set on approval of the loan

Where your finances allow, you can switch to larger monthly repayments to pay off your loan more quickly and reduce the related costs. On the other hand, if you are temporarily having difficulty making ends meet, you can reduce your monthly repayments to help you tackle your finances with added peace of mind.
