This measure does not apply to HSBC France, whose shares are not listed on any regulated markets. All HSBC France shares are registered under the shareholders’ name and each share entitles the shareholder to one voting right. The share capital usually varies once a year, towards the end of the year.

In accordance with current laws and regulations, HSBC France publishes a notice for each Shareholders’ Meeting in the BALO (Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires) at least 35 days before the scheduled date of the meeting. A summons is then delivered by post to all shareholders with shares registered in their name. HSBC France has about twenty shareholders. As a reminder, HSBC France shares are not listed on any regulated markets.
