To benefit from this service you will have to choose new Internet credentials to log on to Personal Internet Banking.
These credentials will replace those that where provided when the HSBC account was originally opened and will be necessary for each connection. With these new Internet credentials you will be able to view on one screen all your HSBC accounts held in participating Global View countries.
Four steps to register for Global View:
- Step 1:
- Enter your Internet Banking user ID
- Step 2:
- Enter your Internet Banking secret code and your date of birth
- Step 3:
- Choose your new Internet Banking credentials:
• unique username
• memorable question/answer
• password
Also, setup two additonal reset questions/answers to allow you to reset your credentials online if you forget them. - Step 4:
- Accept the terms & conditions for Global View
Global View is an entirely free service enabling you:
- to view on one screen all of the HSBC French accounts and any other accounts held in a country where the service is also available.
- to benefit from new functionalities requiring a higher level of security.
