HSBC France

Making you and your loved ones secure

A customisable policy

  • Choice of capital sum to be guaranteed
You choose from one of our three formulas the capital sum, between €50,000 and €200,000, that you think is necessary to protect your family.(1)
  • In the event of accidental death, the capital sum shall be paid to the loved ones designated by you as beneficiaries.
  • In the event of Total and Irreversible Loss of Autonomy following an accident and in view of the material and financial consequences of this state of disability, the capital sum is paid to you directly to enable you to make adjustments to your home, for example, or employ a carer to look after you.
  • The option of an education annuity
Add an education annuity to be paid to the children designated by you as beneficiaries (lump sum payment of €2,500 to €10,000 a year according to the capital sum chosen), up to 25 years of age if the children are students, or until they turn 18 if not. Stepfamily? Nieces and nephews, grandchildren… the children covered by the annuity can be chosen from outside your immediate family circle.
  • Free choice of beneficiaries
The designated beneficiaries under the general conditions are my spouse, or, failing this, my existing or future children, or, failing this, my legal heirs.
This beneficiary clause may be modified and you may freely designate the beneficiaries in the event of your death and pass on a capital sum to your loved ones even outside the family circle.
