(1) Subject to review and approval of  your file by the bank: for any loan up to €75,000, you have two weeks to change your mind starting from the day you accept the offer.

(2) Subject to review and approval of your file by the bank: you have 10 days to change your mind from the day you receive the offer. The sale is subject to the loan being obtained. If the loan is not granted, the seller must refund the money received to the borrower. Mortgage loan meant for purchasing (and possible works tied to the building purchased) or building a construction for residential purposes or for both professional and residential purposes.
