The switch of your fiscal address out of France doesn't lead to the plan closing, except for a switch of address in a non cooperative state and territory (ETNC). There can only be one PEA for all institutions. You can also have a PEA-PME. The maximum amount for the payments on a PEA is set to 150 000 euros (except for the special cases of plans subscribed by young adults associated to the fiscal household of a taxpayer and offering a 20 000 euros cap). The minimum amount when opening is of 150 euros. Subject to not making any withdrawal before 5 years, The PEA allows you to enjoy an exemption for income tax (except for special cases with non listed securities). In any case, the profit remains subject to social contributions. Any withdrawal before 5 years of ownership leads to ( except for exceptions) the plan closing. Partial withdrawals after 5 years are free and don't prevent from making new payments with the limit of authorised payments caps. On the other hand, a total withdrawal after this date will lead to the plan closing. Eligibility terms for the securities at the PEA are defined at the articles L.221-31 of the monetary and financial code. The owner attention is drawn on specific risks linked to investments qualifying for the PEA, such as volatility or the risk of capital loss. For any subscription order made on PEA, the plan owner must beforehand make sure of the eligibility of the securities he wants to put in his plan. The bank could not be held accountable of any consequences, including fiscal, connected to a security subscription that doesn't respect the eligibility criteria of the securities on the PEA.

(19) The information presented on this page don't have any contractual aspect and under no circumstances they are to be taken as an investment advice, a purchasing or selling inducement. Beforehand, the potential subscriber will have to make sure of the compatibility of the order with the associated regulation. Before subscribing to an order, he also has to make sure it matches his financial situation, his sensibility to risks, his investment horizon and his investment goals.

Within the scope of its management activity under order for its retail clients, the bank applies an engagement policy for the management of portfolios invested directly into shares. The bank also bases itself on its service provider's policy, HSBC Asset Management France in charge of the financial management of portfolio under order. In this document you'll find a description of the engagement policy, the investment strategy and the conditions for potential interactions with the issuers.

Articles L533-22 I. et R533-16-I of the monetary and financial code plan the publication by the bank of an annual report about the engagement policy under some terms. This annual report must include information about the way voting rights have been practised over the period. The engagement policy and the particular conditions for the retail bank orders show that the exercise of voting rights associated to financial instruments transferred on the account can't be exercised by the client only. As a result, this information don't have an object. The bank doesn't publish an annual report of the engagement policy as authorised by the regulation in such a situation.

(20) Before investing in an CIF (collective investment fund) of French or foreign law, you must absolutely and carefully check the French version of the Document d’Information Clé (DIC) or its company prospectus, regulatory documents available with the HSBC branches or at https://www.hsbc.fr/epargne/expertise-guide-opcvm/. Before taking any investment decision, you're responsible for making sure, with the help of your usual advisers, that the support or supports you think about are the relevant ones for the regulation you fall under (including the local regulation you might eventually fall under). The past performances aren't a reliable indicator of any future performances and must be carefully analysed. Investments subject to market fluctuations can vary and increase as much as they can decrease, and they present a strong risk of capital loss. A funds is eligible for PEA if it meets some management criteria. The eligibility conditions for PEA securities are defined at the article L.221-31 of the monetary and financial code.

(21) Before subscribing to SCPI shares, you must have received and carefully read the Document d’Informations Clés de la SCPI (the « DIC »), as well as the informative note within the validity time, stamped by the Financial Markets Authority, the subscription form, the SCPI status, and if necessary, the last annual report along with the last newsletter. The SCPI shares are long term investments supports, viewed as less liquid than the traditional supports such as shares or bonds. The capital invested can't benefit from any guarantee or protection. The income from the SCPI presenting a random aspect, the subscriber (if the subscription payment is a loan) mustn't exclusively take these incomes into consideration to face potential repayment obligations.

If there's an investment set up with introducing a tax credit, in the event of a fault in the repayment of the granted loan, the shares of the SCPI could have to be resold and create a capital loss.

If the selling of the SCPI shares was done at a reduced price, the investor would have to offset the potential difference existing between the remaining capital owed on the loan and the product coming from the selling of his shares. Before taking any investment decision, the subscriber is responsible for making sure that the support he thinks about is the relevant one for the regulation he falls under (including the local regulation you might eventually fall under). The subscriber is advised to contact his usual advisers so that he can get the needed reassurance to proceed with his investment decisions. The past performances linked to the shares values and the allocated incomes aren't a reliable indicator of any future performances and must be carefully analysed. Investments in SCPI, subject to the real estate market fluctuations can vary and increase as much as they can decrease, and they present a risk of capital loss.

When deciding to invest in an SCPI, you are exposed to a specific risk related with owning property assets considered as 'not much liquid'. The transfer conditions can vary depending on how the real estate market evolves. The terms and conditions for a withdrawal or transfer of shares of SCPI are linked to the existence or not of a counterpart. As a result, the management company can't guarantee the purchase of the shares.
